What can we provide?
- Main hall with stage and/or screen - seating for 100 people
- Conference Room with free Wi-Fi and TV - seating for 10 people
- AV equipment
- Projector (by agreement)
- Fully equipped kitchen facilities
- Crockery & cutlery
- Car parking for up to 70 vehicles
- Bar facility (to be stocked by hirer)
- Security supervision as required by the licencing certification
- Premises licence for live music/disco/performing arts until 22.30
- Cost of routine cleaning
How much does booking the Hall cost?
The village Hall is no longer available for hire for late evening functions after 9 pm. Hall hire for wedding reception functions are only agreed subject to trustees approval
Hall hire sessions can be booked as follows: (50% non - refundable deposit required on booking and balance of payment required 4 weeks in advance). A booking form will be sent to you once a provisional booking is made. Please complete and return within 5 days or the booking will be cancelled
Not for profit hire £18.00/hr
Commercial hire £20.00/hr
Morning - 4 hrs from 09.00 - 13.00
Afternoon - 4 hrs from 14.00 - 18.00
All day - 8 hrs from 09.00 - 17.00
Early evening - 3 hrs from 18.00 - 21.00 (£38.00 early evening surcharge will be payable in addition to the hrly rate)
